Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares it within 1 to 3 business days. Most weekday orders are processed the same day. Orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends may take a little longer to begin their journey.
Shipping and Delivery
After processing, your package is dispatched for delivery. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and courier activity.

Return to Sender, Expired Shipments & Customer Address Errors
If a package is returned to sender, marked as expired, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided during checkout—including invalid addresses, missing unit numbers, or postal code errors—the order will be non-refundable.
We are happy to reship your order once the correct shipping information is provided. In such cases, an additional shipping fee may apply. Reshipments will only occur after the original parcel is returned to us (if applicable).
