Return & Cancellation Policy

At Diana’s Atelier, your satisfaction means everything to us. While we hope each item brings joy, we understand that sometimes a piece may not be quite right. We’re here to make your return experience as smooth, respectful, and supportive as possible.

 


 

 

Can I Return My Order?

 


Yes, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

 

  • All original packaging and tags are intact

  • The item is in its original condition and shows only normal handling

  • Any hygiene-related items are returned unused and clean

  • Faulty or defective items are reported immediately upon receipt

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return

 


We reserve the right to respectfully decline returns that do not meet these conditions.


Approved returns will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps.

 


 

 

Who Covers Return Shipping?

 

 

  • Change of mind, wrong size, or no longer wanting the item?

    In these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping. The cost depends on the courier and service level chosen.

  • Received the wrong item or a damaged/faulty product?

    If the issue is on our end, Diana’s Atelier will cover all replacement and shipping costs. You will not be responsible for any fees.

 

 


 

 

How to Request a Return

 


To begin the return process, please email us at:

Include the following details in your message:

 

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • Your shipping address

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • A clear photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

 


Our customer care team will reply with personalized return instructions.

Please do not send your item back to the return address on your package unless specifically instructed. In some cases, returns must be routed to our international processing facility.

 


 

 

Right of Withdrawal

 


You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, simply email us a clear written notice at the address above.


Please note:

 

  • Orders already processed or in transit cannot be canceled.

  • Once your order is delivered, you may still request a return if eligible.

 


Refunds are issued to your original payment method and will be processed within 14 days of receiving both your withdrawal request and the returned item(s).

Shipping fees are only refunded if the standard method was selected or if the return is due to our error.

  • If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • You may request a return once the item is delivered.

  • Be sure to include your shipping confirmation when returning an item to assist with tracking.
